• A 50% deposit must be made before tour will be shot.
  (unless written contract with Agency or Business states otherwise)
• If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be charged.
• If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot
  be photographed, 50% of tour fee will be retained. A rescheduling
  fee of $ 25 will be added to total tour cost to come back out.
• Balance of payment (less deposit) will be due at the time of tour completion.
  Tour link will be provided upon receipt of balance.
• Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly
  to retain tour - see rep for details.
  All print orders are pre-paid. A $50.00 design fee/deposit is required for all print orders.
  Once submitted, you should receive an invoice within 24 hours. If this is a RUSH, please
  call 916-247-2245.
